- What's the most weather-resistant fence material for Mendocino?
- Western red cedar is the standard — naturally rot-resistant, handles the coastal humidity and inland heat. Redwood is also excellent if it fits the budget. We'll talk through options on the walk-through.
- Do you repair existing fences or only build new?
- Both. Common repairs: replacing rotted posts, re-tightening leaning sections, replacing damaged pickets, gate hardware.
- How long does a typical residential fence take?
- Most 100–200 ft cedar privacy fences are 2–5 days from breaking ground to cleanup, depending on terrain and post-hole conditions.
