Walk-through
We assess what's actually growing, identify what gets cleared vs preserved (mature trees, native plants), and flag any access constraints.

Phased clearing
Small parcels are usually 1–2 days. Larger lots get scoped in stages so you can review progress and adjust scope.

Cleanup + haul-off
Cut material is windrowed for burn permits, mulched in place, or trailered off depending on what you want.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can you clear a lot that's been overgrown for years?
- Yes — that's a lot of what we do. Multi-year overgrowth often needs a heavier first pass plus a maintenance pass 30–60 days later once regrowth starts. We'll quote both.
- Do you do burn-pile work?
- We'll windrow material for burning, but we don't burn it ourselves — that's on the property owner with a current CAL FIRE burn permit and on a permitted burn day. We'll coordinate timing if helpful.
- Will land clearing damage existing trees I want to keep?
- No. We tag any trees or plants you want preserved before we start and work around them. Identify them on the walk-through.
